Welcome to our 11th issue of our free monthly email newsletter for Computer Education, Training, & Tutorial Resources. We are a non-profit web site and our mission is the training of those less fortunate who are seeking to become computer literate, both technically and from a user's perspective.

In this issue we describe and link to a total of 60 computer, IT and programming learning and tutorial web sites. This issue, like last month's, has a several good free IT book sites that you should look at. By means of this email newsletter, you have knowledge of and access to these sites before our web site visitors do.

- As many of you have noticed, the free courses on our site are gone, replaced by free tutorials. What happened is the provider of these free tutorial courses ( was bought by another web site, They restructured all of the free online courses into a pay training site. Each course now costs US $60.00 per year. More information is available at
